For sale is a Panasonic DVC80. I bought it a couple years back for school and now that I'm doing video professionally, I need an HD camera for work now.

This is a great camera and has been nothing but phenomenal for me. Overall, the camera is in great condition, 165 hours, and a couple scratches (only on the bottom where the camera meets the tripod mount, very small).

In addition to the camera I am including a Petrol PMCK-1 (bought for $140) backpack, and a Rode NTG-1 Shotgun Microphone Kit.

Asking $900 shipped.

wow ive never seen one of these before, my friend had a dvx100b but it looks lil different from this atleast for the color, sorry to clutter just curious if this has 24p? and whats the difference between dvx100 and dvc80

The only difference between the two is the DVC80 has the black LCD plastic, and no 24p.

Otherwise functions, interface, button layout, lens, body, EVERYTHING is exactly the same.

Also, price lowered.

I've never heard of an 80 either. Only the 30 and 100

It's a rare camera. From my understanding Panasonic stopped production early for the release of the DVX100. Or something like that. It's definitely unique.
