Is anyone shooting with the Panasonic 25mm 1.4 lens with the panasonic adaptor? Using the adaptor, do you get auto focus function, etc? Is it a great lens?
Actually, I have the Panasonic 25mm 1.4. Yes the autofocus device works but not so fast. The lens was expensive and I am not totally convinced. I also own the 1.7 Pancake and I found it easier and much much lighter to use.
AF isn't that slow. But for video it will NOT do continuous autofocus if that's what you're after. You can re-autofocus during a shot but it's very loud to do so and would definitely be heard on any mic. Image quality on it is wonderful though.
