If any Torontonians want to come out to see a cool short film shot on an HV20 with the Redrock adapter, head down to the imagineNATIVE Film Festival on Sunday evening (Oct 19, 2008; 7 pm at the Royal Cinema).
imagineNATIVE is now considered by many to be the most influential international festival for First Nations films, now surpassing even Sundance in this regard.
The film stars none other than Lorne Cardinal (Corner Gas, Insomnia). I was writer and editor on this project. Coast Salish filmmaker, Richard Story, directed and shot.
