hi, i live in Pal land and am looking at getting a ntsc camera dvx 100.
would this cause me any probs with regards to viewing editing, etc?

:)I live in Europe myself and we all use PAL but I've bought an DVX100B NTSC this summer and am using it since then to record weddings and other ceremonies.

Usually most of the TV and DVD systems are multi-region nowadays so i don't have problem with people who watch my videos.

On the other hand if you use Video Editing Software (Programs) most of them have the setting for you to chose the Region System you want that DVD to be played PAL or NTSC.

For example I use Adobe Premiere CS3 to edit and Encore to create DVD in which case you can choose the settings for the DVD player and TV you want this recording to be played.

I hope that was helpful regarding this subject.

Check out a video of a buddy of mine that i made with DVX100b using Adobe Premiere CS3.
