PAL production to be shown in Germany and US - pls help

Hi,

We will shortly be filming a production that will be viewed in the UK, America and Germany. I intended to film in PAL.

Does anyone have any experience of filming for different countries? I presume it is best to film in PAL as the German and American market will be able to play them?

Any help would be very much appreciated.
 
Film in HD format and provide a HD master. Do not shoot in SD PAL. Noone provides SD for broadcast anymore. Most stations have standards converters and will be able to better convert from an HD format. Now you have to decide on which HD format.....
