we belong to PAL Are . But most of our project needs to be converted into NTSC DVD. Though we do supply our projects in TAPE ( PAL ) for local distribution too.
got budget to buy either PAL or NTSC HVX200 ..in this scenarion what will be the better solution. Buy NTSC shoot 29.97 then to 25 PAL for tape and 29.97 or 24 P for DVD. or buy PAL Make PAL tape for local and convert pal footage to 29.97 NTSC DVD ... opinion suggestion are welcome and appreciated .
