Pal Conversion

What's the fastest way to convert to Pal. Im using Matrox Mini w/MAX

Client all of the sudden wants everything I shot for them in PAL. So far a 3 minute DVCPRO HD 1080 clip is taking 1 hour.

Get Avid 4.0, drop the footage into a PAL project.

But the MXO2 MIni won't work here. You need Avid hardware.

And I see you posted this on FCP as well. They want this converted to PAL...what? Avid files? FCP Quicktimes? Tape?
