PAL 25 fps export settings (Premiere Pro) for YouTube

Hello fellow dvxusers,

Forgive me for a newbie question. I'm having a little problem of getting the best image quality from Adobe Premiere Pro on the Sony FS700 when putting the footage on YouTube. Severe loss of quality. Hoping there's a kind soul here to help me out...

The footage was filmed in AVCHD, PAL mode 1980x1020 (1,0) 25 fps, Progressive (a learning mistake having PAL mode on whilst filming in the United States.) The main audience for seeing the video on YouTube is located in the US. Does it really matter if it's in PAL/NTSC when viewing the content online on peoples computers? With with Adobe Premiere Pro; what is the best (maximum) settings for exporting/rendering the 25 fps footage into YouTube? It might be best to match the source.

Providing detailed bitrate encoding, profile, level etc. for the least lossless image quality would be very helpful, since the footage has to be put up today.

Best wishes and regards,
Seraphim
