Paid but no goods delivered..... bummed

I am a little bummed. I have had my first bad experience here in the marketplace on dvxuser. Luckily it wasn't a huge amount but still about six hours worth of pay.

I don't know the guidelines, but I would like to out the seller. Are there any guidelines?

By all means, please post the information and seller's username AFTER you've made every effort to reasonably work out the problem. We've had impatient buyers jump the gun a few times when the seller was just a bit slow. However, if you *really* got ripped off--we'll out the perp and ban him from the board. $51 seems like an odd amount to rip off, though. Why not just go for a used DVX or HVX scam? Anyway, good luck and let us know if it's a real fraud.
