My brand new camera came in recently with on P2 E series 16GB card. I'm looking to bye one atleast 32GB. Should I get R or E series.

E Series are the newer, less expensive cards that should also have faster transfer times, but also have a more limited number of read/write cycles than R series. Still you're supposed to be able to record and erase them around 2000 times, which means they'll likely last for more than 5 years if you use them every single day, and of course longer if you use them less. I would go with E series if I were you.
