About every fourth or fifth time I plug my P2 card into my 15" AlBook/10.4.6, the computer seems to hang for thirty seconds or a minute. Some of the times I do this the machine needs to be rebooted before I can even see the P2 cards again. I thought it was the random crap I'd built up on my desktop over the years so I did a wipe and reinstall, but it's still there.
Right now it's not a major issue, because I'm still shooting tests/shorts, but if I'm gonna use this to do a feature this will cause me to pull some hair in the field. Anybody else experiencing this? Anybody know of secret driver updates from Panny?

p.s. not exactly the same thing, but has anybody gotten FCP 5.1+ to remove ADV frames from 1080@24p?
