P2genie Applescript Error -1700

just hope someone can help, got the following error message pop up when i tried
downloading the cards using the p2genie from the p2 store (containing two cards) into my MBP:

Applescript error. Cant make text item 2 of "2" into type unicode text. (-1700)

This came up after downloading the video files and while copying the lastclip.txt file of the first card. After i click ok on the error message, the p2geenie repeats the download of the first card again. Any ideas? Prolem creating the lastclip.txt must be?

QT version 7.1.3. Running Mac OS X V.10.4.8.

ok, seem to have located the problem, I can use "reelnumber" but not "name&date" as this is what causes the error. maybe due to the naming system, number of characters involved or something of the kind. Anybody else faced this trouble?

I believe I might have read somewhere that the name & date feature had a known bug.

Looking forward to seeing what's coming up with this software after NAB. Data verification is among the improvements mentioned recently.

anders was very fast replying to certain other requests but waiting on this one. not in a hurry anyhow problem aint that severe and p2genie is worth its price.
