Yes, I said that!

I have been looking for a way to get better than 4:1:1 color for keying for three years now.
Everything that was better (4:2:2 or better) cost $25K or more.
I was so desperate, that's why I was considering buying this combo.
$15K-$40KCamera http://www.ikegami.com/br/products/hdtv/pdf/HDL40C_240C.pdf
$25-$60K Recorder http://www.mindspring.com/~movie/baytech/share/PressRelease20040410.pdf
This thing had starting package for $20K and hold 8GB.
Yes, only eight gigs! Maybe that's why they are gone with the wind.
There was nothing before P2 that I could afford (under $10K) and still go make a movie.
Now I can make a movie without bring in any investors even.
Now I can make a $100K movie with $80K of it going to productions not just the Camera package.
The specs look great and price is right to me. Even $2k for 8GB.
Let's just hope that the HVX-200 is not just vaporware.
Educate yourself and go make your movies, the future will be here soon.
Our last movie was shot on the DVX-100, yes Not the DVX-100A even.
Learn the P2 work flow.
I really can't wait.
Break a leg, and see you all at the movie.
In wheels chair?
LOL, Hahaha. While you complain. I will laugh all the way to bank.

P. S. I wish Jan would post some test footages.
