Has anyone had any issues using the P2 viewer? I just purchased the hpx370 cam and am using the AJ-PCD2 single card reader. I am brand new to P2. I installed the drivers and software correctly (given prompt that stated that) I shot a test clip and put the card in the reader, opened P2viewer and a pic icon shows up in the left hand side (bin) of the viewer. The problem is I can't get it to play. The "VTR" controls (play, pause et...) are light gray in color and you can not "click" on them. Anyone have any suggestions? I hoping being brand new to this I missed something simple. I've called Panny tech support two days ago and haven't heard back from anyone yet. I appreciate ANY comments.

Hi Jpvid,
is the clip that you are trying to see an HD one? If you're trying to see an AvcIntra clip you have to install the AvcIntra decoder here : https://eww.pavc.panasonic.co.jp/pro-av/support/desk/e/download.htm#p2viewer.
