P2 viewer not working

I downloaded the p2 viewer from panasonics website. I also have a pcmcia converter hooked up. When I load in a P2 card and run the Viewer, my clips are not showing!

any suggestions? Im running on a Dell XPS M140 laptop.

First make sure you've got the P2 driver installed.
Can you see the card as a drive letter in explorer?
