P2 - the horror!

Man. I'd have to say that this is the best thing I've seen on this forum in a couple of years now. Especially after seeing the trailer you ripped off. Now this is a fine homage and truly awesome. I'll have to watch this again and all I can say is wow. Being an HVX geek means its a bit of inside humor.. but crap, when it's good it's good.

I think a few more paradoys are in order. cheers on a friggin fabulous job!

When I saws the original trailer I wondered if somebody thought they were clever. When I saw this trailer, I knew somebody did. Good job guys. You're right though, a *clunk* in the shadows would have tipped it right over the edge. Or possibly the HVX threatening to format her. Without backing up first.

Wow, thanks guys! I definitely don't know about "best thing on this forum" but I really appreciate the confidence. We were pretty worried after the movie totally bombed, since we had already shot everything. We considered scrapping it.

Now the question is: will Panasonic get the joke?

This had to be done. Thank you for taking the time to do it.

I loved the knife in the mic mount. I busted up when the HVX appeared from the shadow!

I'm still laughing about the clunking sound idea,.. ha ha. That's genious!

Only thing that doesn't make sense it that he HVX does so well in the low light... (stalking I mean)... oh well,..

Thanks for the laughs,

- Greg

I'ts also funnier that the other film tanked... i had never even heard of it.. . and don't sell it short, it's a funny ass piece. I think there's also space inthere for an accomplice.. a p2 scary store ... and a clunk in the night is friggin funny!

This was pretty much what we had to keep telling ourselves throughout a very long, cold night (by California standards) of shooting. The question of "what the hell are we doing?" cropped up at least a few times. Curiously, the security guards never asked us that same question – even after all the screaming.

Hey man, Sony has gone tapeless too! As soon as we can come up with an effortless pun on XDCAM you can bet they're in for some trouble. I mean, nothing wrong with being a one-trick pony, right?

this was great, when I say the ads for the film p2, it made me wonder if someone would do something. I love the text on the screen, "me horny"I about died
