P2 Store Update

I was able to update my HVX200 to use 16GB cards but for some reason my P2 store through the P2 manager won't recognize the file I downloaded form the Panasonic site. It gives me errors. I have the update switch in the correct position and attempted to upgrade the store many times...anyone have this problem???
 
Which error(s)? Something on the P2 manager, or error lights on the actual unit? Look up what the error light combonations signify in the p2store manual, and maybe that will help.
 
Hi All...I have this problem too.
"P2 manager won't recognize the file I downloaded form the Panasonic site"
Everything is normal the lights and etc...but dont give me the option to select the file downloaded...HELP ME.
 
After trying to get my P2 store updated using mac, I think I got it.
Download the P2 Store driver from the Panasonic site (Yellow Page)

then unzip it; I was getting confused as the unzipped file is one of those grey files extentions that the mac does not recognise, this was throwing me, the mac does not recognise the file extension but the P2 store will. Just follow the steps involved in the Updating Proceedure and it should work fine.
