P2 Store firmware update problem

Hi all,

I'm having a problem with upgrading my P2 Store to read 16gb cards. What am I doing wrong? The problem is, the P2store isn't even recognized by my computer- a Macintosh.

I'm not even sure if I downloaded the correct file from Panasonic's website, since its incredibly confusing for the P2 Store, at least..

SO how do I do it on a PC? I connect the P2store to the PC, then do the update? Will it work on Macs, still?

Yes it'll work on macs after the update. And there's instructions on how to do the update on panasonic's site, I think you have to use the p2 store manager software to do it, and there's a little switch you have to slide to enable the unit to receive firmware updates.
