P2 Store Blink Green Start-up light

What does one do when the blinking green start-up light doesn't stop blinking?

Pull the Battery?

The manual says it's a temp issue. I was in room temperature???
 
Just this just hapen to my P2 store?

Does this "error" just frequently happen to my P2 Store?
