I have done enough search on my part to avoid posting here.But, I did not find the right answer. We did two camera shoot this weekend. Each camera had two p2 card, 16 and 32 gig. we start shooting on 16 gig first, to give us enough time to transfer the card data to external hard drive when 32 gig was in use. The guy in charge of transferring data returned the cards back to us. when I put the 16 gig back in slot I got the format error message. When the 32 gig ended, I eject the 32 out and reformat the 16 gig and start shooting again. I did the same to other camera with the same problem.
On the external hard drive on each camera I have B role part1 part2. A role Part1 Part2, the part1 folder has the 16 gig and part2 has the 32 gig
Now. when I tried to link AMA volumes MC imports only part 1 same on other camera. I tried other method import p2 on 32 gig, I see the clip, when I play in preview monitor, I see media offline in first part of the clip for about 10 minutes,then picture comes back.I will thank anyone with help on this.
