p2 offload to pc

Okay, so you may need to explain this to me as if I'm a 2 year old!

I have the cam linked to my pc by usb2. I'm watching the clips through the p2 player. I will be offloading to my laptop but I don't have it with me.

My question:

How do I get the clips from the card to my my pc hard drive or the g-raid that I have hooke dup to the pc.

I see the camera listed as a removable disc under My Computer but have not much of an idea how and what I should be moving.

I'd like to offload the clips form the card and make it clean to go again.
