P2 Not importing / Wrong Resolution

We shot on the HPX500. All clips (90 hours worth) imported into Avid without any issues. Video plays back fine and it editable. However, there is one clip that will not play in the source monitor! Looking at the clip details in the bin, this clip looks like it was enoded differently or at a different resolution than all the others.

All the clips read HD144 but the one that does not play is HD220.

I do not know the difference between these two.

What needs to be done to get this clip to work?

Also, I am running Avid Media Composer, hd project 1080/60
 
I didn't do anything different with this clip than with the others. Just regular import from P2 card. This once 55 second clip is just not the same as the others.

Could it have been a setting in camera?

I am not familiar with DNX.
