Please help.
After I copy my Video&Audio files to MXF/1 folder, I open Media Tool to find the master clips, but some of them have A1 offline, even though the MXF file is clearly there. They are the same size as the other 3 audio tracks. Can't see any difference between the files that work properly and the ones that don't.
I researched the forums and found one more person who had this same problem, but no solution.
