Although not shot with an HVX200, the December 2005 issue of American Cinematographer has a good article by Larry Engel entitled, "Going Tapeless," that describes his P2 shoot (with a SPX800) and workflow for a made-for-TV movie-documentary called Gangland Graveyard. Definitely worth a look.
