PC MCA version 2.7.5.
Just bought a ag-hvx200. All the crap I can pull off of avid says they're 2 ways to edit.
1) Edit off the P2 cards- expensive 16GB cards, I bet you'ld love for me to buy enough to edit off of!
2) [Condensed] Drag stuff off cards on to local disk (this would free up cards), then go to media tool select P2 cards then drag them into a bin & edit.
Only, the media MEDIA TOOL ONLY sees the P2 cards, not the local media- it never links up, or see's it if I select the drive that I moved everything to. Also the lites on the hvx200 flash, so I know Im playing off that. Finally, Media tool, wont see anything under CURRENT PROJECT, just ALL PROJECTS, I thought that was why they had me create a new project in the first place....
Confused? I sure as hell am! Anyone who knows of a web article or instructions so that I can transfer off P2 and edit off a local hard drive would be appreciated.:beer:
