P2 Dropouts in FCP

Anyone else experience occasional dropouts (meaning a frame with distorted colors or parts missing) in P2 footage while editing in FCP?

It's only about 10 times in over 100 4gb cards worth, but it's noticable. I can either delete that frame or cut around it.

I have tried importing from the source file and occasionally it will recreate a new QT file that is fine. But other times, the same frame has the same problem.
