P2 Card Purchased on eBay, Question..

Hey, having been on ebay for 10 years or so and read about many a scam, I would strongly recommend that you re-route that package back to yourself immediately.

Until your refund is credited to your Paypal & withdrawn from that account by you, I would not return that merchandise to him.

Worst case scenario, he keeps your money & gets the card back.

You will get little, to zero, assistance from ebay & paypal if this happens.

Hi everyone,
Well, I sent the P2 Card back requesting a full refund from the seller on eBay. He agreed that when he received the card vial UPS (Signature Required) he would refund me the full amount of the purchase. He has issued me a refund via Paypal however it has been pending for nearly three days. ( this could mean a number of things, insufficient funds most likely) Since this incident all of his listings have closed and he hasn't re-listed anything. I'll keep everyone posted if I ever see the money.

In my wildest imagination I've been trying to think up a reason where the owner would grind off the serial numbers the only scenario I can think of is the owner has a company where they are claiming the cards as a business purchase and is selling it, cash, and is paranoid about the IRS/auditors knowing.... the selling off of assets or something like that... either way it still isn't Kosher.

Smart idea putting serial numbers on the cards. I hope somebody got a gold star at Panasonic for that.
