P2 card pricing.

I am a newbie to this forum; not sure if this question has been addressed already.

Does anyone have any word on the if or when the prices on the P2 cards will go down?

Not sure how low you want them to go - but the prices have in fact been going down steadily since the cards were introduced.

A 32gb card costs today what an 8gb card used to cost.
When 64gb cards hit the market I think it's only fair to expect the price on the 32gb cards to drop further.
 
They have been dropping a lot but he might be talking about them dropping to the realm of CF card prices. They will probably never be that cheap. If you need a lot of space go for a hard drive solution like the Firestore (well not the Firestore now but something similar). You'll get a lot more space for cheaper than the equivalent p2 cards.
