P2 Card Ingest

I have a bunch on clips on my P2 card and is it possible to just transfer 1 or 2 clips. Because what I normally do is drag the entire contents of the P2 card onto a folder on my hard drive.

Use P2 Viewer or P2CMS, and they will let you copy a single clip or any number of clips, and they will create the proper card directory structure and copy over all associated files.

i do have that but I was a little confused how to select the destination i.e. hard drive

With P2 Viewer you establish a "virtual card", then you have to "view the secondary bin" and assign your virtual card to the secondary bin. Then you drag & drop.

Use P2CMS - you have it, it's easy, it does what you want.

Create a folder on you comp. Point to it when P2CMS wants it.

Mount card, launch app. select the clip(s) you want to transfer.
