p2 card files in red

hi Friends,


Lately i have been shooting on a 16gb p2 and i noticed something strange, i dont know if this is normal but after shooting when i go back to the card to watch the footage from the camera some of the files are in red and i cant play them back, other files i can play but some i cant. This has no effect in transfering the files or playing them back on a pc i can transfer the files fine and play them on my pc with no problem. Is this a normal thing?

Did you shoot the footage in different formats? The camera will only playback the footage that was shot in the mode it is currently in such as 720p or 1080i etc.

That's all I got at the moment. The p2 workflow is a new one for me.

i did actually yeah, i shot 720p, 720pn slomo etc.. hmm its probably because of that.
