P2 Card Diagnostics

There is something called the P2 Simple Checker for P2 Card on the P2-Net website:

Is this new? It's not something I remember seeing before. The date next to it is March 2007, and of course it appears to be Windows-only.

Havent seen this before, guess the release date stands for the first release in this case..!

As stupid as i am, i just downloaded it and tryed it, my new 8 GB card seems to be fine (thanks to Zone6) and has the latest firmware update...!

There is something written on the HP that it helps when you had some electricity breakdown...who knows when we will need this..!

I just dont understand the las sentence of it when cheking is finished, maybe someone could try it and explain me..but dont use a full card...i guess it will erase it..!
