p2 and tape record simultaneous

Thanks, but I know that. But I was wondering if it was possible to record dv50 to p2 and record a downconverted version to dv at he same time.
 
Yes, it won't even eject the tape carriage. But you can dub from P2 to tape incamera.
 
I can't believe you guys (Barry & Rush) are up at this time of the morning . . . posting. Don't you every sleep?
 
I don't believe it either. But I've been away for the last week with only sporadic internet access, so now that I'm back I'm trying to get caught up on all this stuff...
 
Yeah I'm catching up after my 2-week movie shoot, editing footage, and reading up in the forum. Now... Collapsing... Head leaning on keyboard, must make it to bed... :)
