I have two problems for which I need help:
1. If I drag one clip over another how can I easily tell that the clips are overlapped if I do not have any type of transition in effect. I may be experimenting with the timeline and then later forget that I have overlapped two clips because I don't see any visual indication that the clips are overlapped, like you get when crossfades are turned on. Hopefully, I don't have to turn on crossfades to get a visual indication of the overlap because if I later decide to remove the overlap the fade is still in effect.
2. When I use the Explorer tab in the Docking Window to locate and preview a file it is automatically being added to my Media Manger database. How can I prevent this? I'll be previewing a lot of files that I won't want to be in my project nor the Media Manager database.
Thank you very much in advance.
