HPX250: Output back into camera?

I'm shooting a short video in a few weeks on my 250. One or two of the clips need to me edited in FCP, and a prores file created from that edited piece. The problem is that the edited file needs to be sent back into the camera as an AVC-I file to be played back from the camera a few days later. I can convert to AVC-I 100 via Episode, but what is the easiest way to get into back onto the P2 card for playback later. I know if can be done because I've seen it done before, but I can't remember how.

Perhaps P2CMS on the Mac can do it. It's a free download from the Panasonic site, and maybe it will allow exporting a P2 file structure back out to a card on the mac. Or maybe P2 Viewer Plus. Or, if you can't get it any other way, copy the files out to an external FAT32 drive and take that drive to someone with a Windows system who can copy them onto a P2 card for you.
