OK, I feel like Columbo here asking stupid questions,but... here it is: I checked out some footage I shot with the 100a right out of the box (I only switched the scene setting to 24p) and I preferred it to test I later shot on same tape. The only difference was second footage was shot on cine gamma D and thin line. This despite the first test was shot dueling color temperatures (large open window in b.g. and incadescent practicals) I was even able to get a nice short DOF. Does anyone know what the default settings are for the camera, and do they reset if you remove the battery? I also watched both on a SDTV (interlaced) so maybe that's a problem. Thanks.
