out lens hood question

Hey friends, I have the panny wide angle adaptor for my 40, and I was wondering if I would be able to find an hard outer lens hood like the one that comes on it, except one that would fit over the larger adaptor. I tried looking on BH photo but I'm kinda lost.

I just ordered a flexible rubber hood from Hong Kong that maybe will work (will likely need a little tape also!). Not as nice looking as the one in the previous post, but about 1/6 the price. If it works at all I'll post a pic in a few days.
 
Let me start by saying that od99 wanted a hard hood, so this won't suit him.

Nevertheless I found this collapsible hood on the internets - I peeled the rubber hood off its 72mm metal ring ... it will then slide fairly snugly over the outside of the Panasonic 0.7X. I plan to add some tape or a dab of silicon glue to firm it up a little. The cap for the lens still fits, provided the hood is mounted slightly back from the very front of the lens.

It doesn't provide much shade, but since it's circular it would vignette at the corners if it was any longer (it's right on the verge of vignetting as it is).

Oh and did I mention it cost $3? :happy:
