...finally gets finished. That was some learning curve that we started years ago (and now I'm using a different camera). We're pretty happy with the end result -it's a fun movie, zero budget, but too many effects shots for one guy in his basement. Here's the tightened trailer:

That's pretty cool! I think you should show less of the monster though. Tease us a little more.

hahaha that's a great cannon... awesome. Impressive. It looks too much like video but I can tell a TON of work went into making this. bet it was a lot of fun.

Thanks guys. It was definitely a good project for learning a bit of everything. My work towards the end was much better than the beginning. The movie was supposed to have a heavy video game or cartoonish feel and I didn't shy away from video-like depth, gamma and color. Sometimes it created the feel I wanted, and sometimes it just looked cheap. It was an interesting experiment though.
