Our Backyard - Up Close

This was an exercise in using my Canon 500D close-up lens. All but the opening and closing shots used the lens. It's a really nice piece of glass.

I used the default F6 scene file settings (24pa).

Hmm, but I tweak the settings a lot so now I'm not sure what they are currently set to. I will verify and post back.

I did post process the footage and adjusted the brightness.

Yeah, these monsters set up camp all over the yard. They will string a web across the walkway, sometimes with strands stretching 10ft. Nothing like walking into one of those webs in the dark and just wondering where the spider has ended up. :shocked:

So weird. I was watching your piece and I just turned on my tv and a Roger Moore Bond film is on and the exact same classical song is playing in the backround.

You should feed that spider some bugs. Sweet yard.
