The Panasonic HDC-TM700 and various other high end camcorders have 1080/60p.

Most of the helmet cams should also have 720/60p. I know my GoPro HD Hero does.

Almost any video camera that can do 720p, can do 720/60p. That would include all the Panasonics that have 720p mode, all the modern JVCs, and any Sony that does 720p (so the EX1/EX3 etc all do it).

In inexpensive camcorders or still-cams, any camera that says "AVCHD Lite" probably doesn't have true 720/60p, it's probably 720/30p recorded in a 60fps wrapper.

the panasonics are completely different, but for the canon ones, yes

and I should say, I find this mode nearly useless, aliasing/moire are way worse than on 1080p, and have destroyed nearly anything I've tried to shoot at 60p; others have more skills than I do and can make it work, though

The Panasonics deliver better quality, IMO.

All the Canon DSLRs that have 720p, perform similarly in 720p. All the other cameras that have been mentioned perform dramatically better in 720p than the Canon DSLRs in 720p.
