HI,
I am trying to experiment a bit with some AVCHD video done with a SONY HF11 at 1080i 24p (highest bitrate). I use AVID Liquid to edit them but I first converted them with a special program.
I am not really pleased with the results (too many bad artifacts) and I would like to try using the Panasonic free converter however it seems that I cant convert files which are not done by Panny. On some forum I read it should be possible simply recreating the same directory structure that we can find on the SD used by a HMC150 but it doesnt work if trying to load directly a single file.
I also read that it would be better to convert the fils to some DVPRO format first.
Any idea, comment or help ?
