Anyone out there in Orlando want to make some money over the weekend? All I need is someone with a decent (even pro-sumer) level camera, maybe a monopod or shoulder brace to cover B-roll at an event we are doing. No audio is needed and no editing. The good news is that you will probably spend most of your time waiting for the next speaker transition, and the rest of the time you can just hang out. The only catch is the hours are long!
Here's a list of the kind of shots I need and the hours you will need to be available. Lunch on Saturday will be provided.
Pre and post event crowd overview shots
Candids of small groups talking, individuals walking by waving/excited (I call these the "wooooo!" shots)
Crowds entering the room
Speakers running up aisle to stage (hugs/high-fives)
Speakers on stage presenting (this will be what's going on most of the time but we only need a few few seconds of good footage of each speaker)
A few candid crowd shots (clapping/laughing etc)
During recognition events, award/pin being given to each recipient by company founders
A few shots of dinner being served, people enjoying themselves
VIP party shots, guests arriving, toasting drinks etc.
Delivery of all unedited video files either at the event (I will bring laptop and card readers) or via internet.
Hours of the event here and you would have to be there a bit early to get prepared:

4:00pm – 8:00pm
Saturday, August 4
9:00am – 12:00pm
1:30pm – 5:30pm
7:30pm – 10:30pm
Sunday, August 5
9:00 am – 2:00pm
