organizing OMF/MXF projects?

Is there anyway to get Avid to export all the media of one project into a different folder?

I have a few projects, and would like to store my old, finished projects on an external drive. But as you know, Avid doesn't really separate the media files but lumps it all into one OMFI or MXF project folder. I want to free up some space on my working drive by storing my finished projects onto another drive / and labeling the media storage folder with the accompanying project's name. How would I go about doing this?

If you are running Media Composer (I'm not familiar with the other systems) you can use the media tool quite easily. Are you on a Mac or PC?

I'm on a PC. I've not used Media Composer, only Avid Xpress, but I hear it's very similar. Where's the media tool located and how do I go about moving the OMF / media files of a project to an external drive for storage (and to free up space on working drive)? I'll check my Avid for the media tool later.

Here:

MediaSift for OMF media.

MDV for OMF or MXF media. It's a Russian site, but it's legit and amazing.

Both do what MediaMover do but they're free. MDV is the more advanced. I use MDV, and wouldn't want to do media backups on an Avid without it.
