ordering jobs in my AE workflow

I've got an edited vid. to finish. By finish I mean some light color grading, some motion graphics for lower thirds, and a transparent logo for the lower right corner that will be on every frame more or less.

Is it better to start with the color grading, then add the lower thirds and logo on top of that? Or the other way around?
 
well different strokes for different folks, my workflow has always been like this:

rough offline edit in fcp
after effects text, effects, graphics etc.
bring back to fcp for color correction, giving it a look, picture lock
last thing is the audio mix
output for broadcast, web, etc
