Ordering 5D II... CF card advice

Okay, I love my EX1, but I'm complimenting it with the 5D Mark II (I also shoot stills and have the original 5D). I need it for an ultra-lightweight option on multi-day backpacking trips and ease of using GND filters.

What are the best CF cards to get? I'd prefer specifics rather than 16GB or 32GB, I'd like to hear things more like, "Kingston 32 GB Elite Pro", or "SanDisk 16GB Extreme III 30mb/s (or 45mb/s)", etc.

Shooting landscape stills I never cared about speed because most landscapes stay relatlively still (I had to chase mountain once during an earthquake, but that's about it). Any specific advice would be appreciated as I'm ordering the Mark II today. Super gracias.

only been shooting with the extreme III 16gb 30MB/s for a couple of days but so far so good. The manual states 8MB/s min transfer speed.

I've been using the SanDisk Extreme III as well. I have a bunch of 2GB that I had been using for stills and an 8GB that I got when I got the MII.

They make an Extreme 4 but I feel like the 3 is EXTREME enough, especially for the price difference.

How much recording time do you get on these things? How much do you get on a 2, 4, or 8 gig card for example. I am trying to get an idea.

I got two of them (Kingston 32GB 133x) from 3C_Expert via Buy.com for 128.92 (64.46 ea.) shipped, but they've since raised their price, unless I'm not looking in the right place.

Fast shipping, well packaged.

Ok, now newegg is as cheap as 3C & regular Buy.com purchase too. Well, lots of good options then.

P.S.: I haven't tried yet, but hear you'll run into problems mixing high res stills in during video recording, in case you want to do that. Don't take my word, but look into it if it matters. Most of us don't need to anyway
