Ordered My Camera and some equipment, finally

So I finally ordered my HMC150 (B&H proccessing it now), as well as a transcend 16gb and card reader (I'll probably purchase more cards next week), and a 1tb external eSATA HD to hold my files. I some how got approved for a citi college credit card with 6months no interest, so I decided to put 1,000$ on the card to get it now rather then wait, As long as my job stays steady, and I don't forsee it not being, it should be really easy to pay off :D. Very happy with the decision and I can't wait to try my hand at this camera.
 
I had to wait for citi to send me my damn card! lol, took them forever to send it once I was approved. Now I have to wait for the camera to come, I hate that UPS doesn't work on weekends =/ evil evil people ;). I just hope when they bring my camera I'm around to sign for it, I go to school and work usually every day all day =/.
 
you don't really have to read them everyday though. I realize there's a lot of us excited about our purchases but it didn't occur to me that this forum was restricted. Me personally because I worked hard towards affording and getting it and I thought Id let some people who have helped me the past couple weeks that I actually acquired what i wanted.

I really hadn't run into any problems with this forum which is few and far between with flamers in every forum for some reason angry at too many posts that don't have anything to do with them.
But thank you I'll be more cautious when posting from now on

Maybe i've over reacted, probably, it just got to me that I get singled out.
 
Congrats. It's exciting getting a new cam. Have fun and post up some footage when you get going.
 
i definitely will, probably going to have to wait till next friday at the earliest to get some stuff up.
 
Joey's right, I'm completely appalled. Sure I could just lighten up and skim to the next thread, but I refuse, you ruined my evening Elmy :-P

I know...I fail. I'll delete my account, sell my equipment I don't have yet. and quit life...=P. thanks man. I'm still suprised with all these orders, there's nothing being said by panasonic or something about the HMC's success

whoa whoa i didnt say i was offended or anything, im just stating that the volume of this type of post is slowly increasing daily, and its to the point where no matter when you check this board you will see at least 1-2 topics relating to someone who is just stoked to buy the camera. technically its still discussion about the camera which is what the board is for, but it is getting a little frustrating.
