Actually, you need at least two of their beautiful 19" LCD screens :)

I built a computer with 4 of them some time ago, and it's awsome. Gonna add two more soon. :)

Nice comp tho Hudson. The 3GHz will do you good.
BTW, what are you upgrading from?

I cant exactly remember but Im upgrading from a

Pent 4
2.4 GHz with 400 Mhz (Something like this; basically the Dimension 4600 2 years ago) and that only has like 256mb ram.

I wanted a bigger screen, but had to have some self control :P

Re: Ordered a New Computer today

Haha, the funny thing is I only use that computer to play flight sims!  That's why I need more monitors-- so I can be surrounded by fake sky (not to mention all those dials and switches take up a lot of screen-space)! ;D

My video PC is actually my trusty 600mhz P3 with a single 19" CRT.  I know it's kinda old, but as they say, it gets better with age.  But it's cool, I've upgraded the RAM up to 768MB so it only takes about 3 minutes to launch Photoshop :)  And when it acts up (which isn't too often, I only have to reboot every 15-20min or so), I just hit it with my tye-died iMac a couple times (at least that thing is good for something).  Works a charm!  :D

Re: Ordered a New Computer today

LOL :D

My new WORK COMPUTER must have been able to PLAY DESERT COMBAT and do my DVX proud.

:D

Re: Ordered a New Computer today

I keep saying I "upgrade" my computer . . . but after a few motherboards, processors, video cards, sound cards, HDDs . . . I think I've had at least three new computers. But hey, the case is the same.

I have my grandfather's axe. My grandfather replaced the handle, and my father replaced the blade. I have my grandfather's axe.

Re: Ordered a New Computer today

This basically came down to needing TWO computers in my office for when my brother comes in a couple times a week to help out; I was like "Well damn, if you're gonna get a new computer at least make it count."

So I get the NEW one and he can use my currect one. :D
