Options for global shutter, low- light excellence and (hopefully) 4K?

Considering BlackMagicDesign but the Ursa line has pricey storage. Any other options? Low light and global shutter being the must-haves. Thank you!

Seriously considering the BM Production Camera but reviews state it has very bad low light performance which is key for me. Any other options from other manufacturers?

I don't think any of the Blackmagic cameras are good in low-light. The Ursa Mini 4K has a maximum ISO rating of 800. The 4.6 K model does NOT have a global shutter.

If you want a global shutter and high ISO the only camera I can think of right now is the Sony F55. ( which is cheaper than the new Canon C700 )

Thank you! Maybe I'll rent a Mini Ursa and glass and see how it performs.

For the sake of argument, how about a non-4K solution? So low-light performance and global shutter and perhaps just HD res?

Shooting shorts with fast action and camera moves. I know I'm asking for too much given the price point, but I think I'd rather give up resolution in favor of a larger sensor, GS, and low light. 4K would be great but overkill for me right now.

It's been a few years since I've dig into all this so I'm sort of starting at step one and learning what's new out there. Of course all that could change at NAB 2017.

You can probably pick up a used F55 for around $20K. Media is cheap if you go the XQD/SxS Adapter route.

Camera capable of high frame rate should suffice for most deliveries, with the exception of the very high end where F-55 seems to be entrenched for sports coverage. Something like the upcoming GH5 that does 2160 @ 60 fps would certainly be a budget friendly alternative to the high end Sony line.
