Can you please suggest me best method to have optimal image quality considering good DP availability,No VFX,T3i as B Cam

  1. FS100+ (Samyang &Canon /zeiss cp.2)lens +Rode nt2 => AVCHD ->FCPX -> transcode -finish-opendcp->JPEG2000 (cp.2 need to rent, increase in budget)
  2. FS100+ (Samyang &Canon /zeiss cp.2)lens +Rode nt2 => AVCHD ->FCPX ->no transcode -finish-opendcp->JPEG2000
  3. FS100+ (Samyang &Canon /zeiss cp.2)lens +Rode nt2 => AVCHD ->cineforms>Adobe Cs6->Finish-opendcp-JPEG2000

  • I am not considering external recorder since i got no CGI ,will use only effects that comes with NLE
  • I have DR100,Do you i think i use Dr100 +rode ntg2 for dialogue recording (mostly its going to be quite env)
  • i shot one low light vidoe,its looks fine on @100% in Adobe premeir cs6,but when i increased to 150% ,it has lot of ,even neatvideo didn't help much, but i my target is 2k which 105%,do you think i get away?

Thanks

Premiere CS6 will chew AVCHD without transcoding. Though I transcode, because I grade in Davinci Resolve 9 and it doesn't work with AVCHD natively.

I am excluslvly Avid based, so not much use for a discussion of pp -vs - fcx, but one area i do have experince in is DCP mastering, you will need to do a ton more homework, there's assumptions being made that are incorrect
