Opinion on B&W

Just wondering what everyones favorite cine settings etc are when shooting with the intention of converting to a nice contrasty BW.
 
The main thing I would do is drop the master ped to -6 or maybe lower, depending on your taste. Switch your viewfinder to B&W and see what looks good to you.
