Operation Footprint: The Steps to a New Life

Hey everybody, I'm a 16 year old student filmmaker and in January I made a documentary about a team of doctors who travel to the third world country Honduras to perform surgery on children afflicted with club foot.

This was not shot with a dvx, but this is the documentary from which I won the dvx100b back in June for winning Best Overall at the 2006 Conejo Teen Video Festival. It also won Best Documentary and Best Screenplay, and was the first documentary to ever win Best Overall in the 8 year history of the festival.

So anyways, any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

the DVX footage section is for DVX footage only, ive moveed the thread to a more fitting location.

the vid was interesting, and im glad there are people making films like this about things that really matter.

Hey. I liked it; althought it didn't really capture my interest at first.

It's disturbing, yet fascinating to learn about something that sounds like and would appear as a minor or even coesmtic disorder to most persons in the 'first world', and how the children in Honduras are affected in such a much worse way than we are.

Like Neil said; it's great that people make films about things that really matters. Thumb's up!
